Job Description
An opportunity has arisen with our friendly, established care team at the Manor House Nursing and Residential Home in Chatburn. We offer a homely, caring, and compassionate environment for 50 residents. We pride ourselves in providing quality care, ensuring that our residents receive the care they deserve in a safe and supportive environment.
Your role is to assist in the provision of care and work as part of the team to achieve required standards. Ensuring our residents dignity, privacy and respect is maintained, providing a person centred approach. Participate in activities of daily living and maintaining safety.
Main responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities are required, including assistance at meal times
- Assist residents in all aspects of their care needs e.g. physical, emotional and spiritual
- Resident interaction and promotion of social activities
- Ensure timely assistance is provided
- Maintain timely, accurate, factual and contemporaneous documentation
- Ensure person centered approach
