The course is for those who enjoy home baking and want to expand their recipe collection with quick, versatile treats. It’s suitable for complete beginners as well as confident bakers looking to try new flavours and techniques.

What will I study?

· A variety of traybake recipes, from classic favourites (e.g. brownies, flapjacks, rocky road) to modern twists
· Techniques for mixing, baking, and setting different styles of traybakes
· Tips for achieving the perfect texture (gooey, chewy, or crunchy)
· Simple decoration and presentation ideas for sharing or selling

The course will be delivered in a relaxed, hands-on workshop setting with tutor demonstrations, group discussion, and plenty of guided practice.
