The Role
As a lecturer you will be part of a curriculum team, contributing to delivery, planning, development and student support. This includes focusing on retention, achievement and student success alongside pastoral support, curriculum design / development and ensuring a high standard of quality provision is offered. You will teach on A Level provision and assume the role of personal tutor to a group of full-time students.
What we are looking for
You should possess a UK Honours degree or UK ENIC recognised degree in a related discipline and a recognised teaching qualification. You should also have a track record of success in teaching examination based subjects and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
As an individual you will be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
