The Role
Working as part of the apprenticeship team you will be responsible for a case load of learners. You will liaise with learners and their employers to track progress within both college and the workplace. You will deliver high quality training and support and monitor the apprentices through all aspects of their apprenticeship journey/qualification to ensure timely completion of the Apprenticeship Standard.
What we are looking for
You should possess a relevant academic or industry related qualification, be qualified to TAQA and hold or be willing to work towards your internal verifier qualification. You should possess a recognised teaching qualification or willingness to achieve one within two years.
Candidates need to have experience in a similar role, with experience of delivering training in an education setting, as well as managing employer relationships.
